Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little ones to love your PatPat items, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PatPat account, go to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the return invoice provided in your digital confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
